An 8-week group for people that have experienced childhood trauma, sexual assault, and/or relationship abuse.
Healing with the Arts is an eight-week Zoom group for people who have experienced childhood trauma, sexual assault and/or relationship abuse. This group and our services are open to all marginalized genders including women (cis and trans), Two-Spirit, trans and non-binary people.
Topics covered include:

- The window of tolerance
- Grounding
- Boundaries
- Body stances: Dignity body vs. submission body
- Self-care
- Trauma and the nervous system
- Resourcing
