The Community Meal Delivery / Meals on Wheels Program offers the delivery of hot, nutritious meals to seniors, many of whom live alone and at risk of isolation, and to others in need who are unable to prepare meals on their own. Volunteers deliver meals to seniors and provide social connection and safety checks for seniors.
Eligibility: Seniors or individuals, who, due to health or disability are unable to prepare meals.
Self-referrals can be made, as well as referrals from concerned family and friends, doctors, health and social agencies.
